Management team

Ralph DellaCamera, Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. DellaCamera is responsible for the overall portfolio oversight and strategic focus of DCM. Prior to co-founding DCM, Mr. DellaCamera occupied investment management positions at Guggenheim Capital Markets and Maxcor Financial, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. DellaCamera co-owned a broker-dealer specializing in convertible and distressed securities. Mr. DellaCamera spent 14 years at Elliott Associates where he began as a senior convertible arbitrage trader that ultimately led to his being elevated to the #2 investment professional. He has over 30 years of experience. Mr. DellaCamera received a B.S. in Marketing at the University of New Haven in 1975.

Andrew Kurtz, Managing Member
Mr. Kurtz provides oversight to the DCM’s client portfolios with a specific focus on origination, relationships, and structuring transactions. Prior to co-founding DCM, Mr. Kurtz occupied a position at Guggenheim Capital Markets in the Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to that, Mr. Kurtz was the co-founder of Spectrum Investment Partners, LP, a hedge fund specializing in bridge loans and secondary debt purchases. Mr. Kurtz was previously a Portfolio Manager at Elliott Associates for 5 years. Mr. Kurtz began his career as a bankruptcy attorney for Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He has 20 years of experience. Mr. Kurtz received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1988. He received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992.

Vince Spinnato, Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Spinnato is responsible for all of DCM’s financial functions and oversees DCM’s operations and administrative functions. Prior to co-founding DCM, Mr. Spinnato occupied positions at Guggenheim Capital Markets, LLC, Maxcor Financial, Inc, CIBC World Markets and Argosy Securities Group, LP. Mr. Spinnato also worked at Lehman Brothers in the Corporate Advisory Group. Mr. Spinnato began his career as an auditor for Grant Thornton. He has over 20 years of experience. Mr. Spinnato graduated with a B.B.A in accounting from Hofstra University in 1990.


Investment professionals

Richard Mansouri, Portfolio Manager/Head of Research
Mr. Mansouri concentrates on event-driven special situations for DCM. Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Mansouri was a Partner at Para Advisors, LLC where he focused on providing research, analysis and trading recommendations for a wide variety of debt and equity situations, with a focus on shareholder activism and capital structure arbitrage. Prior to Para, Mr. Mansouri worked at Elliott Associates as a Senior Analyst and was involved in all aspects of the investment process. Mr. Mansouri previously held positions at Lazard Freres & CO, and Investcorp International Inc. He has 15 years of experience. Mr. Mansouri graduated with a B.S.E in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.

Christina DellaCamera, Investor Relations/Marketing
Ms. DellaCamera is responsible for investor relations and the marketing activities of DCM. Prior to joining DCM, Ms. DellaCamera was a member on the NYMEX/COMEX where she worked as a floor broker trading gold and silver options and futures for several customer accounts. Ms. DellaCamera also was a member of the New York Board of Trade and traded as an independent floor broker. Ms. DellaCamera began her investment career at Elliott Associates where she worked as a summer intern. She has 8 years of experience. Ms. DellaCamera graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Salve Regina University in 2001.

Marjorie Flaccavento, Trader/Analyst
Ms. Flaccavento concentrates on research support functions and focuses on the financial and exchange strategies for DCM. Marjorie Flaccavento began her career at DCM in October of 2006 in the Finance department and has since moved over to the research department as an analyst where she focuses on credit analysis and financial modeling. She has 3 years of experience. Ms. Flaccavento received a B.B.A in Accounting and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of New Haven.
